The problem

I've been job hunting for months. At some point I stopped counting how many roles I'd applied to. I wasn't tracking anything. I missed follow-ups. I spent time on applications that were already dead.

The problem wasn't effort. It was judgment. I didn't know where my time should go. Every tool I tried helped me track, none of them helped me decide.

The insight

Job search isn't a tracking problem. It's a judgment problem.

Most candidates lose job searches not because they don't apply enough but because they apply to the wrong things, follow up too late, and keep chasing dead leads while ignoring live ones.

What I built

Nudge is an autonomous job search agent. Every morning, the moment you open the app, without clicking anything it looks at your entire pipeline and tells you where to focus, what to follow up, and what to drop. Then it drafts the message for you.
