Currently targeting Program and Product roles where I can spot the gap, own it and deliver a result.
I take on problems no one has fully defined yet and drive them to a result someone can point to. At BookMyShow I owned the release calendar tracking feature and PRD timelines against ship dates, flagging delays before they became blockers for PMO leadership and engineering.
On my own time, I identified a gap in how people manage job searches and built Nudge, an autonomous job search agent, end to end, from problem framing to a working tool. I also led the adoption of an internal AI tool at BookMyShow from vendor evaluation through rollout, hitting a 90-95% retrieval accuracy target. The common thread is I don't wait to be handed a fully scoped brief.
